Job Description

We are working with a public interest group which has two trials scheduled for June and July. This group is looking for assistance preparing for trial and seeks someone who has experience with Bates stamping, document organization and production, and preparing exhibit binders. The number of hours per week will depend on the tasks being completed that week, and this group prefers a candidate who can attend the trials and offer support there as well. Compensation dependant on level of experience. Please apply with resume for consideration.

  • Serve as first-chair or senior second-chair trial counsel in jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Conduct and defend expert and fact witness depositions, including treating physicians and retained medical experts
  • Develop and execute case strategy, including liability, causation, and damages analysis in complex medical scenarios
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions, motions in limine, and Daubert/Frye challenges to expert testimony
  • Retain, prepare, and collaborate with medical experts across specialties
  • Participate in client development and relationship management, including insurer and healthcare system clients
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to overall practice group development
