Requirements

A minimum of 2+ years as a trial paralegal, with extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience
Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to adapt under pressure
Familiarity with business and/or employment law is a plus, but not required. Litigation knowledge in any area required
Proficiency with legal software, e-discovery tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Responsibility

Assisting attorneys during all phases of trial, including managing exhibits, preparing trial materials, and supporting witness preparation
Organizing and maintaining case files, discovery materials, and pleadings
Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence, pleadings, and other critical documents
Overseeing the discovery process, including document review and production, summarizing depositions, and preparing discovery responses
Managing key deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules to ensure efficient case progression
