Trial Attorney

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation processes from the beginning to verdict
• Organize and prepare documents, evidence, and legal research for hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
• Conduct thorough legal research on pertinent laws, regulations, and case precedents and prepare concise summaries and reports
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents to support case progress
• Interview clients and witnesses, draft summaries of their statements, and maintain communication records
• Attend and actively participate in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and assist in informing clients about potential impacts on ongoing cases
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their cases
• Participate in meetings with clients to offer significant updates on their cases

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation
• Experience in handling jury trials
• Experience in insurance defense litigation is helpful
