Robert Half is partnering with an established PI firm in Glendale looking to bring in an experienced Trial Attorney to join its growing, dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead litigation efforts within a growing firm specializing in personal injury cases. Job Responsibility

  • Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution, focusing on later stages of litigation and trial preparation
  • Conduct high-level tasks such as depositions, ensuring thorough examination and fact-finding
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in court appearances and advocate effectively during trials
  • Engage in law and motion practice, presenting persuasive arguments before the court
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel to ensure clarity and progress
  • Lead litigation strategies and coordinate with support staff to maintain efficiency
  • Provide guidance to the legal team and contribute to the development of the litigation department
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic advantage
  • Collaborate with the managing attorney to refine processes and achieve firm goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for trial experience
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in personal injury law
  • Proven ability to handle depositions and other complex litigation tasks
  • Licensed attorney with active membership in the relevant state bar
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of cases
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and support the litigation team
