Triage and Early Intervention Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for two Triage and Early Interventions Officers to join the Staffordshire Victim Gateway team, working 37.5 hours a week. We are looking for driven individuals, able to deliver a fast-paced and high quality service to victims of crime. The role will be responsible for the 'front door' of the service; with immediate need, risk assessment and safeguarding at the forefront of every contact. You will answer the public helpline and assess needs, enabling onward referred to specialist services, where necessary.
