As a Trents Sales Representative, you’ll build strong relationships and identify opportunities, working closely with existing customers while actively developing new business within your territory. You’ll play a key part in growing market share across the foodservice and convenience channels, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and tailored solutions that support their success.
Job Responsibility:
Managing a portfolio of accounts to drive ongoing sales growth through high service levels and strong relationships
Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your territory
Developing and executing a territory sales plan to deliver revenue and gross profit targets
Building trusted relationships with customers and members to support long-term growth
Identifying sales gaps and growth opportunities using reporting tools and customer insights
Maintaining a structured call cycle to ensure regular and effective customer management
Requirements:
Experience in sale, account management, business development or customer service environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
A proactive approach to identifying and converting sales opportunities
Solid organisation skills, with the ability to manage busy territory
Confidence using CRM tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
