We're looking for a Treatment Operator to join our dedicated team in Chippenham, helping to keep essential services running smoothly and safely. This is a role where you'll get your hands dirty—literally. But it's also one where your work truly matters.
Job Responsibility:
Operation and maintenance of conventional sewage treatment plants and pumping stations to meet quality standards
Running advanced wastewater treatment and sludge process plants
Ensuring compliance with company policy, processes and procedures
Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all colleagues, the public and yourself at all times
Working outside of normal working hours, including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
Experience working unsupervised in an industrial or process plant
Valid driving licence, ideally with category BE
Happy working outside in all conditions
Flexible approach to work
Eligible to work in confined spaces (suitability to wear breathing apparatus and navigate tight spaces)
Participation in a standby rota
