Treatment Operator

• operation and maintenance of conventional sewage treatment plants and pumping stations to meet quality standards
• running advanced wastewater treatment and sludge process plants
• ensuring compliance with company policy, processes, and procedures
• ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all colleagues, the public and yourself at all times
• working outside of normal working hours, including evenings and weekends

• experience working unsupervised in an industrial or process plant
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, maths, and a technical subject
• happy working outside in all conditions
• valid driving licence, ideally with category BE
• flexible in your approach to work
• ability to deal with challenging situations and physical work
• excellent decision making, reporting and communication skills
• resilience to adverse weather conditions
