Join Our Team as an Experienced Treatment Coordinator and play a central role in delivering exceptional patient journeys here at Sherwood Dental Care! Sherwood Dental Care is a well-established, 8 surgery multi-disciplinary dental practice located in Nottingham. We specialise in a wide range of dental treatments, including Implants, Endodontics, Periodontics, Restorative, Orthodontics, and Dentures. We are now looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our team on a permanent Full-Time or Part-Time basis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcoming patients and conducting initial consultations
  • Assisting clinicians with treatment planning and guiding patients through their care journey
  • Helping patients prioritise their treatment plans, including scheduling and managing payment options
  • Conducting detailed consultations to explain treatment plans and options clearly to patients
  • Managing patient appointments and follow-up consultations
  • Communicating with third-party financing companies to facilitate patient finance plans
  • Managing patient referrals and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling patient inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Managing social media and marketing efforts for the practice

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Treatment Coordinator or similar dental role
  • GDC qualified with nursing experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build relationships with patients
  • Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and dental practice management software
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Experience with Itero, CBCT Scanner but not essential
