Join our team in a varied dual role position combining Treatment Coordinator and Reception responsibilities within a supportive and friendly private dental practice.
Job Responsibility:
Welcoming patients and managing front desk reception duties
Managing patient enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Booking and coordinating appointments
Discussing treatment plans and payment options with patients
Supporting clinicians with treatment planning and patient communication
Guiding patients through their treatment journey and follow-up appointments
Liaising with finance providers regarding patient payment plans
Managing referrals and maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting social media and marketing activity for the practice
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or similar dental role
GDC registration and dental nursing experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Leadership qualities with a confident and professional approach
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and dental software systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with iTero and CBCT scanning is beneficial but not essential
Nice to have:
