Job Description

This dual role position combines Treatment Coordinator and Reception duties, ensuring patients receive an outstanding experience from initial enquiry through to completion of treatment.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming patients and managing front desk reception duties
  • Managing patient enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Booking and coordinating appointments
  • Discussing treatment plans and payment options with patients
  • Supporting clinicians with treatment planning and patient communication
  • Guiding patients through their treatment journey and follow-up appointments
  • Liaising with finance providers regarding patient payment plans
  • Managing referrals and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Supporting social media and marketing activity for the practice

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or similar dental role
  • GDC registration and dental nursing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Leadership qualities with a confident and professional approach
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and dental software systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience with iTero and CBCT scanning is beneficial but not essential
