Treasury Back Office is responsible for the administration of Randstad Finance GmbH, financial reporting of this entity in the reporting system Tagetik as well providing information to Group companies regarding the financial Intercompany position of Randstad Finance GmbH with Group companies and confirmation of Financial transactions done by Treasury Front Office with banks/3rd parties. Purpose of the job: Ensure the correct administration of Randstad Finance GmbH in accounting system Workday and subsequent reporting and analysis in the reporting system Tagetik. Monthly providing Group companies of information regarding the Intercompany Loans, Intercompany Financial Current Accounts, Intercompany Interest and Usage Fees regarding the Financing of the Randstad Group companies. Administration is done in a multi-currency accounting environment. Close cooperation with the Treasury Front Office Management and Manager is a must.
Job Responsibility:
Administration of Randstad Finance GmbH
General and subledger accounting
Performing of monthly, quarterly and year-end closing (including reporting in Tagetik with Intercompany matching)
Issuance of Invoices and posting in the administration system Workday
Update and analysis of monthly reconciliations/reporting
Update monthly specifications of Balance Sheet and Income Statement ledger accounts
Reporting in reporting system Tagetik including Intercompany matching
Posting of bank statements in administration system Workday
Posting of Creditor invoices and subsequent settlement
Monthly Revaluation of Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Monthly Forecasting of Randstad Finance GmbH
Drafting of Annual Statutory Accounts
Assistance to KPMG in preparing the Annual Company Income Tax return
Assistance to PWC regarding the annual Audit
Requirements:
4–5 years in an administration in an international environment, preferable a multinational company (treasury)
Completed Education in Financial Accounting
Applied understanding of administration
Strong analytical and communication skills, conceptual thinking
Teamplayer
Hands on mentality, yet accurate at all times
Good in English writing and conversation
Nice to have:
Workday is a nice to have
Tagetik a preference and use of PC tools, specifically Excel Macro’s and Formulas
German is an advantage
