Job Description

Crow Holdings is seeking a Treasury Services Analyst to support the firm’s cash operations, banking activities and internal control environment. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented and requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, relationship building and advanced quantitative and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of treasury services and advanced knowledge of treasury management systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for management of bank accounts, signatories, payments and administration of the Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
  • Responsible for the entire process life cycle for bank account openings, lender and relationship deposits including coordinating the required legal review, acquiring signatories, documentation management and Kyriba maintenance
  • Own the Treasury services request desk ensuring expedient and excellent customer service. Provide troubleshooting assistance including working with banks, Kyriba and IT partners as needed to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls over treasury processes, including payments, approval workflow, account openings/closing and online banking access. Monitor risks and prepare regular reporting and recommendations for review
  • Periodic review and reporting of Bank health and relevant risk related metrics
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across treasury processes with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, scalability and cycle-time reduction
  • Assist in various ad-hoc projects for enterprise-wide and individual shareholders requiring commitment to accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years progressive treasury experience
  • Kyriba Treasury Management System and Microsoft D365 F&O experience is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office suite
  • Displays versatility and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
