Job Responsibility:

  • Planning, monitoring, managing, and reporting the company’s daily cash flow
  • Managing the operational processes of deposits and other banking transactions with banks
  • Preparing short-, mid-, and long-term cash flow projections
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly treasury reports and presenting them to senior management
  • Identifying and meeting the company’s short-term funding requirements
  • Operational follow-up of loan and project finance transactions
  • Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Monitoring and reporting interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risks
  • Monitoring foreign currency positions and managing the operational processes of hedging transactions
  • Recording all treasury-related transactions in the SAP system
  • Managing banking agreements and contract processes to expand the company’s banking volume
  • Managing processes related to letters of guarantee and letters of credit
  • Controlling and analyzing bank fees, commissions, and financing costs
  • Supporting internal control and audit processes
  • Managing bank accounts and credit limits effectively
  • Supporting treasury processes in our overseas projects and taking part in the implementation of treasury processes in our new companies.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Treasury department
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP programs (especially TRM module) at a good level
  • Have analytical and problem solving skills
  • Have good English verbal and written communication skills
