Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to lead and oversee treasury operations for our client's organization in the Memphis, Tennessee area. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing cash flow, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring the effective handling of treasury activities. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies to support the organization's financial goals
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient allocation of resources
  • Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to guide financial decision-making
  • Oversee all treasury functions, including banking relationships, cash management, and payment processing
  • Implement and manage global treasury operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align treasury initiatives with broader business objectives

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate treasury or a related financial role
  • Proven expertise in managing cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
  • Strong knowledge of global treasury practices and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficient treasury strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools used for treasury management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • advanced certifications such as CTP or CFA are a plus
