Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Payments and Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. This role involves supporting treasury management consultants, identifying process improvements, and providing operational support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments
  • Present recommendations for resolving complex situations
  • Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience with treasury management products and services
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or higher
  • Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and functional teams
  • Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
  • Collaborative team player with proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset
