Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Payments and Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. This role involves supporting Treasury Management consultants, identifying process improvements, and providing information to internal partners and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments
Present recommendations for resolving complex situations
Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders

Requirements:

2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience or equivalent
Sales or client support experience
Knowledge and understanding of general banking
Experience with treasury management products and services
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Outstanding problem solving skills
Solid negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Nice to have:

BS/BA degree or higher
Business-to-business sales experience
Treasury management sales experience
