Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Payments and Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. This role participates in gathering prospect information for consultants, identifies process improvements, reviews operational assignments, presents recommendations, and provides information to stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments
Present recommendations for resolving complex situations
Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders

Requirements:

2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience with treasury management products and services
Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales
Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and functional teams
Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including effective use of search tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Effective negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset
