Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Payments and Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions to support the LATAM Banks team.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants
Help manage client onboarding and product implementations from the sales support perspective
Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area
Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement
Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders

Requirements:

2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience in Treasury Management
Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish
Strong business-to-business sales acumen
Experience supporting large, complex clients
Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
Ability to develop strong partnerships
Excellent communication skills
Interest or experience in the corresponding banking industry
Ability to be a self-starter and independent learner
Interest in a sales role
Fluent Portuguese
