Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Consulting Director within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions. This role involves managing and developing a Treasury Management Consulting team, identifying process improvement opportunities, and leading strategic decisions for higher-risk deliverables.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop a Treasury Management Consulting team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate to high complexity and risk
Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development
Lead the Treasury Management Consulting team by making strategic decisions to meet higher-risk deliverables
Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk
Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership
Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements:

8+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
At least 5 years' experience in managing a seasoned sales team with portfolios of large and complex corporate clients
Experience working with Consumer and Retail as it relates to Global Treasury Management
Experience working with large global corporations, domestically and internationally
A proven track record in originating new sales and defending existing portfolio business
Experience in both traditional and emerging Consumer payment rails
US domestic and international Treasury Management expertise, including FX payments
A sound grasp of risk and compliance as related to large global clients, including minimally KYC and AML

Nice to have:

Experience working with Consumer and Retail as it relates to Global Treasury Management
Experience working with large global corporations, domestically and internationally
A proven track record in originating new sales and defending existing portfolio business
Experience in both traditional and emerging Consumer payment rails
