As a Financial Operations Analyst with a focus on Treasury Management, you will work on a dynamic team that supports both day-to-day financial operations and longer-term strategic projects. The role involves close collaboration with our international offices and cross-functional teams across the firm. Approximately 75% of your time will be dedicated to project work, with the remaining 25% focused on recurring daily tasks and reconciliations.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain automated reporting tools for trade interest and portfolio balances
Build internal web pages for operational visibility, transparency, and alert monitoring
Analyze and help manage FX exposure across currencies and regions
Drive reconciliation initiatives to ensure accuracy of interest and balance data
Present insights and trends to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making
Manage and optimize margin financing and daily cash movement across accounts and entities
Perform firmwide cash excess estimation and reconciliation to ensure optimal liquidity positioning
Collaborate with treasury and trading desks to implement capital allocation strategies
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to trading, operations, treasury, or market-facing roles
Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
SQL, Python, and HTML
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects
Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with international offices and presenting to senior stakeholders

Nice to have:
VBA and JavaScript exposure
Experience in proprietary trading or capital markets
Familiarity with margin, financing rates, and multi-currency exposure management
