Job Description:

Joining the Finance Team as a Treasury Executive you will collaborate with the Treasury (TR) activities within the TUI Global Business Services to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer.

Job Responsibility:

Preparation and execution of automatic and manual payments
Bank guarantees, prepayments and no calendar payments
Accounting of banking expenses and commissions
Review and modification of the payment types and bank accounts
Provide assistance to Business Supports’ Treasury needs
Assisting the Treasury Team Lead, tasks include KPI´s report, Payment Monthly Report, as well as supporting and providing Treasury documentation to TGBS team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems under supervision

Requirements:

University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business advantageous
Written and verbal communication skills in English is advantageous
A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks
Proficient in using MS Outlook and strong MS Excel skills
Working knowledge of SAP advantageous
Experience in similar position minimum of 1 year developing Treasury matters
