Job Description:

This role involves working with Ingka Treasury as part of the Ingka Treasury Technology team, focusing on payment factory systems and outbound payment processes. Responsibilities include leading and supporting payment-related projects, providing operational and system support, and engaging with stakeholders globally. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, process-oriented environment and contribute to the improvement of payment processes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and support payment factory business projects in collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders
understand outbound payment complexity, standards and challenges
develop and implement business solutions in Trax
develop and capture business requirements and business processes
provide active daily operational support of our global payment factory (Trax)
provide support for testing of new flows/processes
lead and support payment factory upgrade projects.

Requirements:

Two years of hands-on experience in developing and operating payment factory systems
passion for working with payment factory systems
good understanding of related concepts, challenges, data flows and messaging
curious, assertive, investigative, detail-oriented and process-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
ability to adapt to changing situations in a dynamic working environment
knowledge of Trax
good understanding of process mapping
knowledge of Groovy and SQL scripting
understanding of SAP payment processes
experience in project management
experience with key stakeholder engagement
good judgment, high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and maturity
ability to prioritize and make sound and common-sense decisions
result-oriented and diplomatic approach
team player with a positive mindset
fluency in English.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Trax
good understanding of process mapping
