We are looking for a skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This position involves managing cash flow, enhancing treasury processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments, demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, and contribute to the innovation of treasury operations.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor daily cash positions across multiple entities and generate detailed reports for leadership to support informed decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams such as Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate and timely cash flow reporting
Manage bank account administration, including updating signatory information and performing reconciliations
Process and oversee wire transfers, electronic funds transfers, and other treasury transactions with precision and timeliness
Develop and refine treasury workflows and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Perform short-term and long-term cash forecasting to align with organizational financial goals
Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Support treasury-related projects and automation initiatives, leveraging expertise in financial systems and banking platforms
Introduce innovative solutions to streamline treasury operations and promote continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
or an Associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or private industry, with a focus on treasury functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Familiarity with Oracle financial systems or similar platforms, as well as billing systems and financial analytics software
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of healthcare terminology and reimbursement processes are preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and banking regulations
