Job Description

Our client seeks a Travelling Housekeeper / Private Cook of the highest calibre to support the fast-paced, international lifestyle of two Principals across a prestigious global portfolio of luxury residences. This is a permanent role that will suit only the most polished and experienced private household professionals, those who have consistently delivered five-star standards within UHNW environments and understand instinctively what truly exceptional service looks like. Combining hands-on housekeeping, couture-level laundry and wardrobe management, and private family cooking, the role demands a proactive, discreet professional who is equally at home managing a residence independently ahead of Principal arrivals as they are working seamlessly behind the scenes during a stay. No managerial duties or decision making authority are required.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing residences in advance of Principal and guest arrivals, ensuring each property is immaculately presented, fully stocked, and operationally ready
  • High-standard cleaning and upkeep of all rooms, including deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management, with particular care for luxury garments and delicate fabrics
  • Planning and preparing nutritious, varied high-quality organic meals tailored to the preferences and dietary needs of the Principals and family
  • Overseeing grocery shopping, provisioning, and household inventory management, ensuring kitchens, pantries, and stores remain fully stocked and well organised
  • Liaising professionally with contractors, maintenance teams, and trusted suppliers
  • Occasional errand running and day-to-day household support as required
  • Regular travel between London, Portugal, and Dubai to support the Principals’ lifestyle across all residences

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within UHNW private households, with outstanding housekeeping and laundry expertise
  • Strong private cooking skills with confidence preparing healthy, varied, family-style cuisine
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing housekeeping and culinary responsibilities across multiple global properties independently
  • Immaculately presented, with a polished, professional manner at all times
  • A genuine eye for detail and the highest personal standards
  • Truly service-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and work quietly, efficiently and discreetly
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Flexible and dependable, comfortable with frequent international travel and adapting seamlessly to different household environments
  • Right to work in UK
