This is a national role ideal for an experienced and self-driven Project Manager who is comfortable managing projects across multiple provinces, particularly in BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. You’ll oversee full project delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining close coordination with superintendents, trades, clients, and consultants. Job Responsibility:
Lead project execution across Canada, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met
Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Oversee contracts, purchasing, invoicing, and site compliance with safety and building codes
Provide guidance to site staff and support construction planning and execution
Ensure project adherence to specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of progressive construction experience
Proven success managing commercial, residential, warehouse, or retail projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, codes, and safety standards
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Canada
Nice to have:
Experience with large retail or distribution/warehouse builds is an asset
