This national role across multiple provinces—particularly BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. You will be responsible for full project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets are consistently met, while maintaining close collaboration with superintendents, trades, clients, and consultants. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys frequent travel. As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project scope, design, safety, and quality standards. You will coordinate both internal and external teams, provide on-site support, manage contracts, and act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive construction management experience
  • Demonstrated success managing commercial, residential, warehouse, or retail projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, codes, and safety standards
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Canada

Experience with large retail or distribution/warehouse projects is an asset
