Job Responsibility

  • Manager Account coverage for corporate and education dining services including culinary and service operation
  • Execute all menus, including daily meal service and catering
  • modifies the menu based on food trends, costs, patron requests, and seasonal availability
  • Weekly inventory, knowledge of on-line catering and order systems, purchasing and all food safety protocol
  • Manage labor, work schedules and employees
  • Superior customer service skills are required
  • will interact daily with our customers and client
  • May assist with special corporate projects or events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Culinary Degree from an accredited university, college, or culinary association
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar culinary management position in retail, manufacturing, or education dining
  • Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills including Microsoft
  • Ability to work a flexible weekly schedule
  • Possess a valid state driver's license
