We are hiring a Customer Relations Specialist to support clients with travel planning and booking services. In this role, you will assist clients in exploring travel options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through final booking. This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, managing details, and working in a flexible environment. You will communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and help organize travel plans that align with their preferences and budget. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, researching travel options, coordinating and confirming reservations, and maintaining consistent follow-up communication. You will also help ensure accuracy in booking details and provide support throughout the planning process. Candidates should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable using online systems and digital tools.
