Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established, fast growing tailor-made travel company with an exciting vision for the luxury holiday market. They are looking for experienced Travel Specialists to join their expanding team, with opportunities to develop and grow your own specialist area. We are currently seeking specialists with strong knowledge of Asia, specifically Japan, along with Australia & New Zealand.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage tailor-made holiday enquiries from initial contact through to post-travel feedback
  • Use your destination expertise to design exceptional, personalised itineraries using advanced in-house tools
  • Liaise, coordinate and negotiate with DMCs and suppliers to secure the best arrangements
  • Handle all elements of each booking, including land arrangements, flights and additional services
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a genuine passion for travel
  • Work towards sales targets and contribute to the ongoing growth of your specialist region

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Travel / Destination Specialist within a tailor-made or luxury tour operator (preferably a min of 5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the listed regions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with DMCs and suppliers
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Motivated, target driven and a collaborative team player
  • Genuine passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
