Our client is a privately owned travel company who specialise in providing bespoke luxury holidays to worldwide destinations for discerning clients. Due to growth, they are now expanding and are now recruiting for a Sales Support Consultant to join their team. The Sales Support will be responsible for working with the travel consultants and providing a seam less high level of customer service to their clients. Our client will consider well-travelled candidates with customer service experience who have a passion for the industry and would like to develop a career within luxury travel. The ability to multitask, focus on attention to detail whilst delivering high levels of customer service is essential. There is an opportunity to move into a bespoke Travel Consultant role and develop your own client base in the future. This role is based 4 days per week in the office, Monday to Thursday and working from home on Friday (after probation).
Job Responsibility:
Working within a team of experienced luxury travel consultants helping their clients with planning and booking bespoke worldwide luxury holidays
Dealing with any pre sales and after sales queries
Booking extras with suppliers such as seat upgrades any special requests
Taking payments from clients and sending out any relevant documents
Making any amendments to bookings
Requirements:
Previous high end customer services experience or a very well graduate with the passion to develop a career within luxury travel
