Job Description:

Our client is a privately owned travel company who specialise in providing bespoke luxury holidays to worldwide destinations for discerning clients. Due to growth, they are now expanding and are now recruiting for a Sales Support Consultant to join their team. The Sales Support will be responsible for working with the travel consultants and providing a seam less high level of customer service to their clients. Our client will consider well-travelled candidates with customer service experience who have a passion for the industry and would like to develop a career within luxury travel. The ability to multitask, focus on attention to detail whilst delivering high levels of customer service is essential. There is an opportunity to move into a bespoke Travel Consultant role and develop your own client base in the future. This role is based 4 days per week in the office, Monday to Thursday and working from home on Friday (after probation).

Job Responsibility:

  • Working within a team of experienced luxury travel consultants helping their clients with planning and booking bespoke worldwide luxury holidays
  • Dealing with any pre sales and after sales queries
  • Booking extras with suppliers such as seat upgrades any special requests
  • Taking payments from clients and sending out any relevant documents
  • Making any amendments to bookings

Requirements:

  • Previous high end customer services experience or a very well graduate with the passion to develop a career within luxury travel
  • Good worldwide geography knowledge
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Focus on attention to detail
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
