Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the inbound tourism travel industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic team as a Full-Time Travel Group Sales and Operations Executive. As a Travel Group Sales and Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's operational processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of their group travel services. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating group bookings, liaising with suppliers, and managing logistical arrangements to deliver exceptional travel experiences for our client's customers. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the travel industry and a customer-centric approach are essential, as you will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding service. Candidates must have previous travel experience in a similar role with knowledge of the UK and Ireland. This is a hybrid role with the office based in Central London.

Job Responsibility

  • Looking after all aspect of group from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up
  • Design bespoke travel itineraries that include accommodation, activities, dining, and transportation
  • Be the main point of contact for new and existing clients
  • provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
  • Ensure all offers are sent out in the company's standard format and entered correctly into the operational system
  • Prepare and submit relevant documents to both clients and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring attention to details
  • Book & negotiate services in accordance with the itineraries with best rate and conditions (e.g. hotels, coaches, guides, restaurants, entrances etc.)
  • Manage and organise the day to day to ensure that you always meet your project deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry with knowledge of the UK and Ireland
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
