Job Responsibility
Responsible for the development, management, and profitable growth of the Travel Retail Channel across the Americas Region, leading the definition and implementation of key tools, strategic plans, and commercial initiatives to support business expansion and performance.
To develop turnovers and profitability, managing the accounts of the geographical zone
To manage regional budget for the Channel, defining investment accordingly to maisons strategy and business priorities.
To monitor and track KPIs
Ensure Maison’s development in the channel, as their market share and image
To deploy 360° Customer marketing plans (Training, Staffing, Visibility Activities)
Develop solid relationship with Key Partners of the Region
Manage directly the TMKG activities for the channel into the Region
To monitor and coordinate in partnership with the Customer Service Department all the activities of client’s support to optimize and improve the business and service with the Partners.
To know and monitor competitor’s strategy
Requirements
Bachelor and/or master’s degree
5 to 8 years of experience in Travel Retail market
Solid sales experience and skills
Great inter-relational skills and team-player attitude
Relation-driven person with result-oriented sensitivity
English fluent
Nice to have
Previous experience in eyewear, luxury or selective distribution industry is a plus
