Job Description

Experienced Aged Care RNs | Premium Travel & Block Contracts Across QLD. Randstad Health & Aged Care is actively recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our premium regional travel workforce. We have immediate 2-to-12-week contract blocks available across various regional and coastal locations in Queensland. Whether you are looking for a drive-in, drive-out contract close to South East QLD or a Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) regional adventure, we handle the logistics so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and person-centered clinical care to residents
  • Oversee safe medication administration, clinical assessments, and wound care treatments
  • Lead and support floor staff (ENs and AINs) while collaborating with multidisciplinary facility teams
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready clinical documentation in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–12 months of local nursing experience within an Australian Residential Aged Care setting
  • Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Up-to-date mandatory training, national police check, and NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • A positive, adaptable attitude and a readiness to travel via drive-in/drive-out or FIFO
