  • Assist clients to and from treatment or training areas and instruct client in pushing wheelchair, supporting or lifting and positioning in and out of bed
  • Assist client with slings, splints and self-help devices to obtain physical independence
  • Observe client for signs of distress and adjust activities accordingly
  • Maintains accurate clinical records, keeping track of goals and progress of clients’
