Job Description:

Our client is a luxury travel tour operator who create bespoke tailored private tours within the UK and Scotland. Due to growth, they are now recruiting for a Travel Operations Executive/Trip Manager to join their team. This is a pivotal role in supporting the seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of luxury travel experiences. As part of the travel operations team, the travel operations executive will work closely with colleagues, clients and trip partners/suppliers to ensure every itinerary runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.The Travel Operations Executive is responsible for all client communication throughout the service lifecycle, ensuring all touch points, from conversion through to final delivery of the itineraries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate all operational elements of client itineraries, including accommodation, activities, guides, transport, and special experiences
  • Manage relationships, bookings and confirmations with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Provide an end-to-end service for clients from post booking to travel and return home
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational queries from colleagues
  • Ensure all client needs, preferences, and special requirements are reflected and executed in trip arrangements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an operations focused role within the travel industry
  • Good travel product knowledge of the UK, Scotland and Ireland
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
