This role plays a key part in supporting the continued growth of the Walt Disney Travel Company International. As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you’ll provide hands‑on operational support and help the team deliver important projects and initiatives that keep our business running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day operational support for the Disney Central, Sales and Guest Care teams across the Disneyland Paris product, responding quickly and accurately to information requests
Investigate and resolve guest queries and complaints, working closely with the Disneyland Paris Guest Communications team and following internal guidelines and legal requirements
Support the resolution of post-booking, pre-departure and in-resort issues, ensuring a smooth experience for guests
Assist with payment and credit card queries to help resolve issues as quickly as possible
Manage and triage Operations email inboxes, covering Disneyland Paris transport-inclusive packages, as well as hotel and ticket bookings
Complete quality checks on Walt Disney Travel Company International bookings, working closely with the Disneyland Paris Tour Operator team
Work with the Guest Care team to ensure booking changes, including major schedule amendments across flights, rail and self-drive packages, are followed through accurately and on time
Support credit control processes to ensure bookings are paid in line with deadlines
Keep administrative and operational documentation up to date
Monitor hotel refurbishment activity and ensure guests and internal teams are kept informed
Help maintain agent tools, resources and internal systems
Provide cover for the Operations Executive when needed
Produce reports using internal systems to support decision-making across the business
Create briefs and training materials for new Disneyland Paris products and offerings
Liaise with external partners to support booking maintenance and issue resolution
Provide occasional team cover to support Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line products when required
Requirements:
Strong administrative experience, with a high level of attention to detail
Experience in travel operations or reservations is an advantage, but not essential
Previous experience within the travel industry or with theme park, leisure or resort products is beneficial
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, while staying organised and meeting deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Confident communicator, with strong written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
Culturally aware and comfortable working with a diverse range of people and partners
Demonstrates a strong guest-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering great service
Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical and practical approach
Nice to have:
Experience in travel operations or reservations
Previous experience within the travel industry or with theme park, leisure or resort products
