We’re seeking a Travel Nurse Recruiter to support a leading company specializing in healthcare staffing. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced travel nurse or allied recruiters to grow within a dynamic organization. Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and attract qualified nurses for travel positions through various sourcing channels and referral networks
  • Promote travel assignments by understanding candidates’ needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to expand the candidate pool and maintain strong relationships
  • Negotiate compensation packages while managing profit margins
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate records of recruiting activities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience directly in Travel Nurse recruitment or Allied recruitment, from the staffing agency side, not in-house
  • Proven ability to source, qualify, and build relationships with candidates
  • Proven experience having 20+ average for TOA
  • Must be a true hunter, not a post-and-wait style
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
