Job Responsibility

  • Managing and growing a dedicated portfolio of SME clients, acting as their trusted travel expert and primary point of contact
  • Building genuine, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders within your client portfolio
  • Overseeing your clients' end-to-end travel programs including air, hotel, car hire and ground transportation via Sabre GDS
  • Driving retention, growth and profitability across your portfolio through exceptional service and proactive account management
  • Handling complex fares, itineraries and ticket exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborating with your team to deliver a consistently outstanding experience for every client

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager
  • High level of GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Sharp business acumen with a drive for sales and service excellence
