Provides administrative support to the Travel Industry Sales Managers and Public Relations Social Media team while being familiar with all aspects of the sales planning process.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Travel Industry Sales Managers and PR Social Media team with site visit forms and site visit meet and greets, including coordinating room and restaurant reservations, amenities and transportation services
Prepare accurate written correspondence including handwritten notecards on behalf of Travel Agents, reports and detailed emails to Travel Industry clients
Assist with monthly Communications Recap for the PR Social Media team
Assist the Travel Industry Sales Managers and PR Social Media team with detailed site inspections of the Resort for any clients that are visiting during a time when the Sales & Marketing team is not on property
When Travel Industry Sales Managers and PR Social Media team are traveling for work or taking PTO, assist with getting back to clients via email or by phone and sending proposals for requested Resort stays
Maintain accounts in Golden and assist the Travel Industry Sales Managers with entering their contacts into these accounts
In the absence of the Travel Industry Sales Managers and PR Social Media team, assist clients and seek out solutions to requests in a friendly, caring and helpful manner
General PR Sales & Marketing team support including, but not limited to, copy editing collateral across all departments in English and Spanish and occasional assistance with photo/video shoots
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English
College education preferred
Previous experience in Hospitality or Marketing
A minimum of two (2) years working in Conference Services, Reservations or Front Desk
One + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences
