Our client, a global policy organization, is seeking a Travel & Event Coordinator to join their team!

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinates organizational travel and event logistics, with a primary focus on international travel scheduling, planning, and execution
  • Plans and manages offsite events, including venue selection, catering, travel arrangements, participant registration, and end‑to‑end logistics
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the travel agency, develops event management SOPs, liaises with vendors and stakeholders, and tracks expenses and program budgets
  • Ensures seamless domestic and international travel operations while providing office administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing international travel and event coordination
  • Strong attention to detail
