Job Responsibility:

  • Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, for employees and clients
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth travel experiences
  • Prepare and distribute travel itineraries, visas, and other travel-related documents
  • Manage travel budgets and ensure cost-effective travel arrangements
  • Maintain and adherence to the travel policies and procedures of Aptiv
  • Provide administrative support to the travel team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel arrangements and expenses
  • Troubleshoot travel-related issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling the Forex transaction with the respective agencies
  • Travel Insurance and iSoS support
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration towards their travel & visa documentation needs
  • Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports as & when needed
  • Effectively manage the travel request to ensure an on time deliverable system
  • Resolve any transportation related issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5- 10 years of experience in Travel Management including the knowledge in international ticketing, Visa process and Hotel Reservations
  • Experience with travel management software and online booking tools
  • Knowledge of travel industry regulations and standards
  • Certification in travel and tourism, such as IATA is added advantage
  • Familiarity with corporate travel policies and procedures
  • Proven experience in managing travel arrangements and handling expense reports
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and operational procedures
  • High commercial acumen and awareness of market trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
