Our client is a fast-growing luxury travel company who specialise in worldwide bespoke travel itineraries. They create unforgettable tours which are focused on personalised design, authentic experiences, and responsible travel. Due to growth, they are now seeking a Travel Designer to join their Latin America team which features gran tours with Latin America and trips within Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, Colombia, Patagonia etc

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicating with discerning guests by phone, video call and email to gain a comprehensive understanding of their travel needs, interests and passions
  • Curating bespoke itineraries to suit each individual guest personally
  • Seeking to include sustainable, one-of-a-kind hotels and excursions and following responsible travel practices
  • Closing sales effectively
  • Cultivate connections and build rapport with guests before, during and after travel to increase repeat business and referrals
