This role will develop the strategy and manage the delivery of Travel Demand Management for the tournament. You will focus on working with relevant delivery partners, including transport operators, software providers and tournament communications teams, to facilitate the tournament mobility concept by matching tournament transport demand to available capacity, and reduce background demand.
Job Responsibility:
Develop Travel Demand Management concept, providing a single source of information for ticketholders, and working with stakeholders and operators to mitigate impacts on non-event goers
Provide integrated, joined up information across many stakeholders' communications platforms, from third party rail ticketing retailers to mapping applications, journey planners and operator social media
Work with stakeholders to deliver the concept
Requirements:
Knowledge of TDM market, including benefits and drawbacks of available communications tools, softwares and providers
Experience in mass communications for events with large, international audiences
Experience in coordinating multi-agency, multi-platform communications plan
Experience developing and implementing event mobility plans
Working in complex multi-agency stakeholder environments
