Reading and applying the specific travel policies of company's corporate accounts (e.g., ensuring selected flights match the client’s approved budget tiers, airline preferences, and routing restrictions). Processing high-volume booking requests from corporate travel coordinators with zero room for error in passenger names, dates, or fare codes to avoid costly ADMs (Agency Debit Memos). Monitoring Amadeus queues constantly for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or segment updates, and proactively fixing the itineraries before they impact the corporate traveler

Requirements
Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
1-2 Years' relevant experience as ticketing agent or travel counsellor
