Handling automated and manual fare construction, PNR creation, split PNRs, waitlist clearances, and immediate e-ticketing issuance. Managing the heavy lifting of corporate travel—voluntary and involuntary rerouting, calculating fare differences, taxes, penalties, and executing complex ticket reissues under tight corporate deadlines. Processing high-volume booking requests from corporate travel coordinators with zero room for error in passenger names, dates, or fare codes to avoid costly ADMs (Agency Debit Memos). Monitoring Amadeus queues constantly for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or segment updates, and proactively fixing the itineraries before they impact the corporate traveler
