A corporate travel agency is seeking a Travel Coordinator to join their team and help manage a busy office. Job Responsibility
Assist clients with corporate travel arrangements
Manage office operations and administrative tasks

Requirements
Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar business support role
Demonstrated ability to arrange travel, manage schedules, and handle detailed coordination tasks accurately
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person
Experience answering inbound calls and responding to requests in an accurate and timely manner
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and a consistent approach to completing work accurately
Proficiency with calendar management and general office administrative tasks
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive as required for the position
