Job Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while contributing to overall branch success
  • Plan and book bespoke package holidays, cruises and tailor made itineraries
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and destination knowledge
  • Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to post travel support
  • Assist customers with any issues or concerns, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Promote travel within the local community through creative and engaging initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a high street travel agency
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Natural enthusiasm for travel and confidence in sharing destination knowledge
  • Ability to build rapport and foster trust with customers
  • Strong attention to detail when handling bookings and customer information
