Job Responsibility:

  • Design and customize comprehensive travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and requirements
  • Provide expert advice on Air tickets, accommodations, transportation, visas and travel requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and regular follow-up
  • Stay current on travel trends, destinations, supplier offerings, and industry developments
  • Research and recommend appropriate travel options, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and ancillary services
  • Process bookings, prepare travel documentation, and ensure all details are accurately recorded
  • Handle complex itineraries, special requests, and VIP client arrangements
  • Resolve travel-related issues and provide assistance to clients before, during, and after travel
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in travel consulting or related roles
  • Demonstrated sales ability and track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Proficiency with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of geography, international destinations, and travel products
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex itineraries, visas, accommodation and transportation bookings
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
