Job Description

Our client is an exceptionally successful tour operator, creating wonderful cultural adventure trips for their customers to Japan. They are looking for people who have spent time in Japan travelling, to join their team. As a Travel Consultant, your primary goal is to turn incoming enquiries into bookings by creating exceptional travel experiences and delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with clients to design custom travel proposals, manage their bookings, and ensure their satisfaction from initial contact through their return.

Requirements

  • Significant period of time either working, living or travelling throughout Japan
  • Passion about Japan
  • Ideally some sales experience
  • Travel industry sales experience would be a major advantage
  • Customer service and/or sales experience is essential
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills across various platforms
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Proactive approach to personal development
