Job Responsibility

Lead and manage the overall commissioning program across all disciplines (electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection, life safety, IT/low‑voltage)
Develop, implement, and maintain the Commissioning Plan, including scope, schedule, roles, and acceptance criteria
Serve as the single point of accountability for commissioning execution and performance
Review design documents to ensure commission ability, operability, maintainability, and alignment with Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR)
Participate in design and constructability reviews to identify risks, gaps, and coordination issues
Validate system sequences of operation and control strategies
Coordinate commissioning activities with construction schedules and project milestones
Review and approve commissioning-related submittals, method statements, and test plans
Verify system installations comply with design intent, codes, standards, and specifications
Plan, coordinate, and execute pre‑functional inspections for all systems
